Any diet that limited to what you can eat is probably not a good idea. Add fruits and vegetables to your diet. The more the better.
Fruits and vegetables have high nutrition and low calories. So if you are trying to lose weight I would recommend many fruits and vegetables. I like making wheatgrass juice with carrots, spinach, and other vegetables.

Yes. Diet coca-cola (as far as I can recall) has no calories. It's basically chemicals (flavoring agents, etc.) and water.

yes it's true but it is a cola so it WILL NOT help you lose weight.
