Come on now. Why would you want to increase your metabolism? If there was a magic pill dont't you think there would be nothing but fit and thin people? The reason this is not so is because they don't get any meaningful exercise, and they eat french fries, mayonaise, fried food, pizza, fast food. In short they do all the things you are not supposed to do.

if you are overweight the new research has shown that those with more body fat actually have the higher metabolism...problem is, it works overtime and thats what exhausts the benefits.

you would need to do cardio's and cut back in calories in order to burn off the fat and improve the overloading of your metabolism-not taking a supplement...usually supplementation makes you lose water weight, not fat.

I read caffeine can, especially green tea. But exercise is the best for that. Diet drugs that claim to do it either make you jittery or simply don't work.

side note: if you take b-6 combine it with a b-complex or you'll become deficient in the other b's.

Yes there are many. But they are all VERY dangerous and addictive. If you really want to lose weight talk to your doctor. They can hook you up with a dietitian and a help you develop a workout routine.

Believe me it is the only way to get real results that last!

Thyroid is used to increase your metabolism. You must see a doctor and be tested for this.

Eat a LOT of oatmeal, if weight is a problem. It may not speed it up, but it'll look like it had! Lecithin. Known to make invisible men out of lotsa people.

Wheatgrass, many organic shops sell freshlysqueezed juices with wheatgrass, it increases your metabolic rate and is very good for you.

they are a waste of money, try getting plenty of exercise eat more fruit and vegs if ur trying to lose weight x
