You're never too old, journaling can be very theraputic. Keep it up, you never know what you'll learn about yourself. Think about in 10 years, you go back and re read all of that stuff to your daughter, and she sees her mom is more than just "a mom" but that you've actually experienced life a little and you know more than you get credit for.

There is no age limit to writing in a journal. It is a great therapeutic exercise. We all should do more of it as we get older.
Reading and writing are skills that are being lost to most people in thin Internet age.
Keep it up, it is good for you. Don't let anybody tell you differently.

There's no age limit, a lot of people write journals or diaries for their whole lives. I'm 23 and have just started in the form of a blog.

No, never too old. What do you think we are all doing on here? That's what 360's and blogs are-journals. Writing causes us to think and that's the best thing. Paper journals are just a little more private.

Actually, the older you are the more important it is. Journaling helps you clarify thoughts and emotions. It helps you focus and creates positive neural connections in the brain that have been proven to keep you mentally sharp well into your senior years. Journaling is highly recommended for exercising the brain at any age. By all means, keep it up if you enjoy it.
And who knows...some day when you are famous, your journals will help you write that best selling autobiography <>.

You are never too old to write a journal. My good friend has written on 3X5 index cards everyday for 45 years. It is good to go back and remember things that might otherwise be forgotten.

there's no age limit at all! It's a very healthy practice and should be encouraged throughout life.
