i have 2 missing teeth at my front lower teeth, i keep lookin up about tooth re growth but im not sure wen its available, im 29 and this is making me incredabally low. ive just went to subway and felt incredablly low at everyone out there, i have inner anger problems and am waiting for an evaluation so i can recieve treatment im ; icredablly lonley, i have no girlfriend, never really had one, i have no self worth, every approach i make to girls on myspace i get rejected or ignored, i sit here tonight in my dark lonely flat, with the orange streetlamps shining grimly through my curtains.....

The teeth can be easily replaced with dental implants. They are expensive, but once you have them done it will be just like having your natural tooth back. If you are worried about your skin then stay out of the sun and get a good facial skin cream.

Exercise, it raises your endorphins which help you feel "numb" to emotional and physical pain. Also, stop doing things for other people. You need to get comfortable with being by yourself because I am guessing you are in the US (or Great Britain..?) and they are NOT the places to make good friends and meet nice girls. If people in the US/GB see that you are not confident and at least happy by yourself, they will not approach you. Just hold your chin up high and keep a smile on your face. Do not look desperate to know people.
I'd hate to say this, but do you think you need a makeover? If you go to a department store and ask a worker there "I need a new wardrobe, do you think you could help me?" (ask a girl) she probably will be happy to help. About your skin, try going to a dermatologist and find out what can be done. If you'd rather not, then go to a professional spa and ask there.
Teeth are probably the easiest things to fix. Go to a dentist and ask about false teeth in place of those two teeth. Most likely, the dentist will have payment options so you don't have to pay for everything up front.
If you think you need medicine, you can go to your primary care doctor, it does not have to be a psychiatrist.

Sounds like you are severely depressed. Try and go outside in the sun. Read a self help book, surround your self with good people. Don't rely on a computer to met people. Join support groups, watch a funny movie so you can laugh. Laughing releases endorphins that make you happy. I would call the clinic you had your evaluation with and ask for results ASAP. Let them now your are not doing well and you need treatment now. Good luck to you:)

Deppression? Try Zoloft or other major medications alongside therapy. That's the best way to fix the root of the problem: self-worth. Then you can build from there. Best of luck to you and remember when at the bottom, there is no other place to go but up.
