Do condoms really "desensitize" you? (Personally, I HATE them, but they do serve a purpose).

Hey to all the smart asses. I did not ask for a lesson in birth control or diseases. It was really just something I have wondered before. I am an adult who is smart enough to protect herself (and her partner). Seems to me that a lot of people get uptight when a woman shows a bit of curiosity about guys & sex...

Per my science teacher, yes, they lower sensetivity, BUT THAT IS NO EXCUSE TO NOT USE THEM!

I hate them too and I am not going to tell you not to use them but the best thing to do is to ask your partner to get tested and then if you two are going to only be active with each other then I don't see any harm in unprotected sex. I have been with my sons father for 3 years and we don't use them and I am on depo because I (not him) don't want any more kids so I do what I have to do in that area and thats get birth control. Just be smart because STD's do not always have signs.

Condoms make it take way too long to even "get there" to begin with, and yes, it's more like masturbating as it feels nowhere near as nice lol. I'll just stick with birthcontrol or the ole IUD. lol. But Birth Control is much more satisfying than any other method for me.

Ok, heres my stand on condoms.
yes, STDs are out there, but not everyone gets them like TV wants you to believe. realistically, the odds of you getting aids are not that likely, but because some people do have them they get passed around. Get tested and make sure you know the other person, and that sometimes is hard to do so I do reccomend using a condom but personally I have gone without before and nothing happened.

Yes they do. Nothing is more stimulating than feeling the warmth and wetness of a woman's vagina directly on the penis ;-). Condoms block most of the good stuff, but they're absolutely essential if you're havin casual sex! It's better than AIDS!

When you are having sex only between you...you don't need condoms. But when you are having with unknown person, always use condums. Surely there is a difference and you will not get the same pleasure

I cannot stand condoms. They're good for smuggling heroin, if you're into that sort of thing, but otherwise you may as well take a shower with a raincoat.

If your sleeping around you deff should use condoms at all times....i'm in a steady relationship so i dont use condoms because i dont like it..the feeling is way better without
