Plenty of bed rest.

Drink lots of water to help flush out your system.

Chicken soup has the big three:

1.) A mild antibiotic when you boil the chicken.
2.) The oil helps coat and sooth your throat.
3.) The salt helps kill the germs in your throat.

A saline nasal solution to help kill more germs and wash the contaminated sinus buildup out of your head.

Hot tea with lemon and honey (some say put some whiskey in there.....it might help you sleep).

Avoid dairy products since they cause more mucus to build up in your sinuses to get infected.

Some kind of cold relief medicine that helps control your symptoms.

Last, but not least, wear clean clothes and change your bedding every few days to keep from re-contaminating yourself while you recover.

Feel better.
