That would be really difficult to do. And it would be dangerous and not very healthy. In order to lose that much you should be under the close supervision of a doctor.

Here are some ways that have worked for me. Depending on how much you need to lose, it is not too hard to lose 3 to 5 pounds SOME weeks, but usually about 2 pounds a week using these suggestions.

1. Eat three nutritious meals and three snacks everyday. Cut out junk food.

2. Drink lots of water - at least 8 big glasses as day. Stop drinking soda.

3. Begin a simple weight lifting program at home. Ordinary household items (tins of soup, for example) can serve as weights for beginners.

4. Buy yourself a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day.

5. Record everything you eat and all your exercise to make sure you have a "calorie deficit". Two of the sites I've included will help you do that.

6. Park at the back of the parking lot instead of close to the door. Always use stairs - never the elevator or escalator.

7. A mini stepper is an easy piece to equipment to have at home and gives great results. I bought mine at a second hand store for $4.

I hope these thoughts help. Good luck with it. You can do it, but please be ok with doing it a little more slowly. Take care.

It depends on your current size and weight.
If you have ALOT to lose, try eating as healthy as you can and,the first week or two you will probably notice that you lose more like 12kg a week but then in time, it will slow to approx 10kg and as you notice a change in your body shape and size, you hopefully will be happier to lose less each week.
Perhaps by introducing excersise at this time, you may feel more comfortable by now and within no time, you will notice a huge difference both inside and out.
Very good luck to you with your new healthy eating and drinking.
Oh and whatever your size/weight by then, have a great Christmas!

It is but you will sufer alot and it may be painfull. My elementry school frined Mat did it in grad 8. He was working out every day for sevral hours and all he would eat was noodle soup. So yes you can loose 7kg if not more per week but it may not be that safe to do so. How badlly do you need to do this is the question. Good luck !

It probably is possible, but very very dangerous - you'd end up losing a lot of muscle mass and with an eating disorder. Muscle mass is something you should NOT lose. Just start exercising (swimming is great for weight loss) and change your diet. Try cutting out junk food and sweet stuff like soft drinks and candy, and try having just half of the portion you'd normally eat. Don't bother going on a crash diet coz you'll always end up gaining more than you lost when you stop the diet. Just start working out and watch your diet - you'll be perfectly fine by Christmas - best of luck!

It's possible but you will end up with skin bags and need to have a tummy tuck! Plus you probably won't enjoy life as you will be weak beacuse you aren't taking in enough calories. Is it worth it? Why not do it the healthy way and lose it more slowly? You are less likely to put the weight back on later that way.

As others have suggested THIS IS NOT HEALTHY. See a doctor, drink lots of water, stay active. Your biggest threat is developing an eating disorder or losing the weight and gaining that plus more back. It is healthier and stays off longer if you lose the weight slowly and change to a healthier life style in the process. Also a concern is your motivation, develop who you are inside!!!!

Yes but you need to stick to this and make sure you don't cheat. Make up cabbage soup every day (half a savoy cabbage, 1 onion, half a bunch celery and 2 peppers... boiled with a can of chopped tomatoes and your choice of spices) and have as much as you want with day 1) all the vegetables bar root vegetable you can muster day 2) all the fresh fruit you can muster day 3) along with the soup you can have up to 1 pint of milk in total and 2 bananas to help with the sugar cravings day 4) back to the vegetables only today with the soup day 5) fish and baked potatoe today with your evening bowl of soup and repeat it ongoing. I promise you I'm on it again now and have gone down a dress size in 2 weeks.

7kg is about 3.5 lbs. you have to make some drastic changes. it is possible but not recommended.

Maybe you should aim lower, that way, you won't get disappointed when things don't go as planned

losing 7kg a week is way too unhealthy, I just read about a model who starved herself so she could 'look good' on the catwalk her first time out... she had a heart attack after her third time round and died in her sister's arms backstage.

Please don't do this to yourself

7 kg is more like 15 pounds (1kg = 2.2 pounds). I would think even if you didn't eat a thing for a whole week it would be almost impossible to lose that much weight that quickly.
