Yeah, I had the same problem in my tummy area and it sucks! So, here's what I did...joined the gym near home and go 4-5 times a week. Basically, I go on the Tredmil, Eliptical and StairMaster, for about 1.25 hours total. I've been going for almost 6 weeks now, and now my tummy is flat! I love it! I also do some weight exercises at home, which helps with my metabolism alot. Also, try to stay on top of your calorie intake. You don't need to count them like crazy, but just make sure you're not eating too many calories in each meal. All of this has really helped me a lot, and I know it will help you too! Good luck!

All the above will help but it must be added that extra weight specifically around the stomach is the most unhealthiest for you heart etc. than fat deposits anywhere else and you can exercise and exercise and exercise but suffer to get results = you have to cut your carbs and up your protein - not Atkins but simply good carbs (yes - veg.) and a bit of protein with every meal. No starches, no junk, no bread - only eat when you are hungry. After about a week your cravings for carbs will stop and the weight will just melt off you waist line because you are not flooding your system with foods that turn instantly into sugar. you won't need to do mega crunches and things. The only exercise you will need is about 30 mins of aerobic activity where you work up a bit of a sweat.

you need to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.
Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Good luck and stick at it.

Cardio is the big one. You don't start buring fat until you have gone more than 30 minutes. So the clock starts at 30 but don't go over 60. Do cardio 4-5 times a week. Lower your carbs and overall calorie intake. Then use "the ball" for crunches. Then do side crunches where your feet are the only things touching the ground. http://www.capgrossos.com/gimnas/img/abdo_Ex7.gif

Walk really fast for 45 mintes everyday and do ab excercises after that. Diet is the most important thing. Avoid the white stuff-white flour, white sugar, white rice. Do eat salads 3x a day with lime and vinegar dressing and also soups with NO cream.
In two weeks you should be slim.

You need to lose weight. Do any cardio vascular exercise you enjoy. E.g swimming, running, dancing, walking, cycling. I stress 'enjoy' becaeu you need to do it regularly and for about 1/2 hour 6 days a week mimimum. Eats loads of friut and veg, and do not eat unless you are hungry, stop when you are full. Other people have recommended specific toning exercise, but if you do not combine them with this, they will be of little use.

Hi.
Love handles, eh? Start swimming, and it will take time but you'll feel better about yourself and may manage to lose the fat. Took me a year, but I can't go that often. In the meantime, comfort yourself by thinking this type of flab is commonly called "love handles" . Mmmm. Cosy and huggable! Enjoy it before it goes!

You need to do sit ups and push ups to tone ur muscle and in the same way you will make it more tight. A bit of walking helps to.

Floor exercises are very good for that sort of thing such as stomach crunches and sit ups.
