please help me i need to put this in 4 or more setneces............Assited resident with activity daily living residents in HFA

with dressing tolieting and bathing.Properly assessed and recorded resident vitals such as

checking residents' temperature , pulse respiration and blood pressure. answed patients’

call lights and deliver messages.transfer(move from one location to another) residents from

in and out of bed or to bathrrom

*Other duties were keeping complete, accurate records such as

charting intake and outake of residents .Helped with range of motion and ambulation of

resident.experience also involved establishing and following a support plan for each

individual resident.
Participated in in-service for learing other training skills that essential for residents

and nurse aid.

I assisted residents with active daily living.
I dressed, bathed, and helped residents go to the restroom. I properly assessed and recorded resident vitals which included
checking residents' temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. I answered patients’
call lights and delivered messages to the correct personnel. I transferred residents in and out of bed.
I kept complete, accurate records, including charting and an intake and outtake log for the patients.
I assisted with range of motion and ambulation of residents. I established and followed a support plan for each
individual resident in my care.
I actively participated in in-service meetings for that taught training skills that are essential for a nurse's aide.
