Almost nothing is bad for you in moderation. One scoop of low fat, low sugar ice cream a day is okay if you watch your other intake.

Yes it is. At least Ben and Jerry's is VERY bad for you. The two men who invented the ice cream, both died of heart problems because they ate their ice cream all the time, and something in it, probably all the saturated fat, plus other things, gave them heart trouble.

Yes it is. Proof? Let two tabllespoons melt and then mix with water.Would you drink that? All fat from cream. However, ice cream is delicious. Too bad....

In moderation, no.
However, it is usually made from whole cream, eggs, and contains a lot of sugar. If you saw "Supersize Me", the movie about McDonalds, the film maker interviewed the son of one of the founders of Baskin-Robbins. He points out the his father and his uncle (the founders) both died of heart problems, he himself had had a heart attack, and one of the founders of Ben & Jerry's had had tripple bypass surgery.
But dam, it tastes good.

Not really - at least not if you buy the kind that is natural, like Breyers. But, if you eat too much of it it can be bad since it is high in calories/fat.

Ice cream makes you POOP bad. Birds eat a lot of ice cream that's why their POOP is WHITE!
