Okay So its been about...maybe 2 years since I been in a realationship...I just moved back to my home state and Im treated like a black sheep. any ideas on how i can use my Southern charm on these Florida girls?

This method takes a little time, but it usually works. It's going to sound corny, but go out by yourself and just act like you're out alone by choice. It's easiest to do this at a restaurant that has a sit down bar with a nice crowd. Order a "conservative meal," one that shows that you are conscientious about you eat, and order a wine with it (If you're not into wine, order a light mixed drink, not beer and not the typical mixed drinks men tend to order). I guarantee if there's a woman next to you, she'll show subtle signs of interest (looking at you when she doesn't thinks you're not watching). At some point, flash her a smile and then continue to do whatever it is you're doing at the bar (watching TV, reading the paper). Right before you're finished or she's finished, strike up a small conversation. It should work.
