Anyone know the recipe for a Jimmy Carter pie?

I know it has peanut butter, I think it has cream cheese and maybe coolwhip. I'm not sure. I loved it, but can't remember where I put the recipe. Anyone know the recipe? Thanks

Ingredients:
2 packages cream cheese (3-oz. ea.)
3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup whipped cream
1 graham cracker crust (9")

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, blend together the cream cheese and confectioner's sugar for about 5 minutes. The longer you blend, the creamier the pie. Add the peanut butter and milk to the mixture, and blend again. Fold in the whipped cream and pour the pie filling into the graham cracker crust.

Refrigerate the pie to chill form several hours before serving. Serve with additional whipped cream, if desired. Or Chocolate shavings.

Peanut Butter Pie


6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup 10X (powdered) sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
9-inch chocolate cookie pie crust
Chopped peanuts

Blend the first four ingredients and pour into the pie crust. Chill at least 2 hours and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.

2 cups peanuts added to 2 cups peanuts add those to 2 cups peanuts and pour in lg bowl. Invite friends over and enjoy! Serves several!
