I have a recipe for a Strawberry Soda Cake if that interests you.

1 Yellow cake mix
1 Lg box of Strawberry Jello
1 Can of Strawberry Soda
1 Tub of Whip Cream
1Tub of frozen Strawberries
1 Can of pineapple chunks
3/4 Cup of warm water

Bake the yellow cake according to directions on box. About ten minutes before you take the cake out of the oven, mix the Jello, the soda and the water being very careful not to make the soda fizz when you add it to the jello.

Next, when you take the cake out of the oven, while it is still hot, make holes across the whole cake with a fork, making sure to make the holes all the way to the bottom of the cake. Next, pour the jello/soda over the cake while it is still hot and let the cake cool completly.

Mix whip cream with strawberries and pineapple to use as your topping. Wait until cake has cooled to add the whip cream topping. Do not try to take cake out of baking dish. (It will fall apart!). Enjoy.

This is my moms chicken casserole recipe. Its totally easy, totally cheap, it may sound like nothing fancy but everytime i make it people go nuts for it and want the recipe... so here goes:

1 lb boiled chicken breast, shredded
1 can Cream of Celery soup
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 box Chicken Flavor Stove top
1/4-1/2 cup melted butter or margarine

Combine the soups and shredded chicken in a 2 qt sauce pan, Heat on medium until bubbly. Mix the entire box of Stove Top
seasonings and all, with the melted butter. Put half the stove top in the bottom of a 11 x 7 cake pan. Pour on the soup mixture. Cover the top with the remaining Stove Top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes

When I don't have time to make a cake from scratch, I use the boxed kind. Add 2 tablespoons of mayo to the batter - makes it very moist. Use a bundt cake pan sprayed with Baker's Joy spray (oil and flour already in it). Fill it half way with the batter and add nuts, shaved chocolate (or crushed choco candy bars), dried cranberries then the rest of the batter. Swirl with a knife. Bake as directed but use minimum time and check with a toothpick near the end to make sure it's not over done. Cool 5 mins before removing from pan. When cool, nuke canned icing till pourable (use a bowl!) but not boiling then drizzle over cake. I like using chocolate icing on yellow or white cake and white and chocolate icing on chocolate cake. Enjoy!

Well if you have a sweet tooth here are some easy ones!

Oreo Bark

Bag of oreos (well, more like 3/4 a bag)
Package of white chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips

Crush the oreos and put them in a large mixing bowl. Melt the chips (be sure to add some milk or margarine if you're using milk choc!), pour them over the oreos, and spread them on a cookie sheet or bottom of a 3x9 pan. Put them in the fridge for a little bit. They are to die for!

No-Bake Fudge cookies
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons peanut butter
3 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine cocoa, margarine, milk, sugar and salt. Bring to a full rolling boil.
Take off heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoons onto waxed
paper and chill.

1 package (18 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 medium Granny Smith apples
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
1/2 cup peanuts, chopped

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Shape cookie dough into a ball and place in center of Large Round Stone; flatten slightly. Using lightly floured Baker's Roller®, roll out dough to a 14-inch circle, about 1/4 inch thick. Bake 16-18 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven; cool 10 minutes. Cook’s Tips: Use the Jar Opener to open the jar of caramel ice cream topping with ease.

The Large Spreader is handy for spreading the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie. Our Small Spreader works equally well for spreading frosting and thick glazes over baked goods.

Dip apples in lemon-lime flavored carbonated soda or lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown.

Add a touch of spice to this dessert pizza by sprinkling ground cinnamon over the apple slices in Step 3 using the Flour/Sugar Shaker.
