We were discussing this at work at we got several different answer's. Does anyone have any guidelines to determine which one someone is?

That's easy, a fat girl has rolls of flab hanging over her pants, a thick girl is just that..thick (not fat)

Thick means a stocky person who is a tad fat. Fat means roly poly, jiggly fat.

Fat refers to overweight. Thick refers to brain power, not being too smart.

thick is someone who had weight on there body but it isn't really bad looking and fat is huge you can barely walk

fat is where you can see the rolls of fat being thick is just pleasantly plump without the rolls

Thick is when their gut doesn't hang out further than her boobs.

From what I understand thick means voluptuous, with bigger thighs and butt etc.Fat is well just lumpy and misshapen not curvy.
