i need help i just send this to my carrer couselor she says it look awful it need to be correct english she says i cant use i and i have to use past tense to begin with alguien por favor ayudanme. she says i need to revise it so she can understand here it goes *Past experience as a Resident Aide includes: Assited resident with activity daily living

residents in HFA with dressing, tolieting, and bathing.Properly assessed and recorded

resident vitals such as checking residents' temperature , respiration and blood pressure.

transfer(move from one location to another) residents from in and out of bed or to bathrrom

*Other duties were keeping complete,

accurate records such as charting intake and outake of residents .Helped with range of

motion and ambulation of resident.experience also involved establishing and following a

support plan for each individual resident.
