try searching Allcheapfares.com Hotel section...or other online travel sites that list hotels by airport.

Most of the above answers are incorrect.
I have lived in HK for over 13 years and will be going to the airport for a flight to Manila in 2 hours from now.
The only Hotel at the airport is the Regal Airport Hotel, there are no other hotels close by.
However, the public transport system is excellent ansd you can travel to Kowloon in 20 mins on the Airport Express Railway, or HK island in 25 mins where you will have planty of choice for hotels.
Airport buses leave every 8-12 minutes and will go directly to hotels, they list the hotels they stop at.

No other hotel apart from Regal hotel. Try to get a reasonable hotel in Kowloon or wanchai. travelling to these places is not a problem

Kowloon Hotel 2.8 miles
Mandarin Oriental 4.5 miles
Langham Place 2.3 miles
Eaton Hotel 2.5 miles
This should help you. They are all very fine hotels.
