Low blood pressure can cause a rapid pulse.
Are you overdoing it? Are you a woman? If so should be taking breaks during menses.
Could be several reasons.

My wife has great blood pressure but her pulse seems to run a little high, at least compared to mine. My resting HR is around 48, hers is abut 65. Not sure if gender has anything to do with it or simply she's higher than me, we've been working out together since we met in, well never mind how long, but a long time. Stay at it, you'll get your HR down. .

Sounds normal, u probably need to relax when u take the blood pressure , then your pulse would be lower.
Your blood pressure is perfect, so u shouldnt worry about pulse.

You should talk to your doctor about it...it could be caused by a number of things...sounds kind of like MVP it causes rapid heart beat and your heart can skip a beat and you may or may not notice. Stay away from caffeine and chocolate too.
