I used to buy cell phones when I wasnt supposed to but this was in 2004 and I'm not filing the petition intil 2007 and I've left without telling my parents but because I didnt feel safe in the house. And I have skipped school once. Will that affect the judgement if it was in the past? But they still make me feel like **** but they say its because of what I have done in the past.

if you have come to this point you need to find others that can help you with support. i speak of emotional support as well as anyone that can verify that you are responsible enough to take care of yourself.

how are you going to pay for housing, clothing, transportation, healthcare........

if you go to the judge and expect him/her to grant emancipation so you can live on welfare i doubt it will work.

however if you are in danger you should contact childrenservices immediately, they should be able to help you as far as a place to stay, and possibly counseling, as well as legal help.

hope you come through this well.

look i think the whole picture is important so from this moment forward it is important you clean up your act and act like an adult if you wish the court to see you as one
