How do you hang decorative tassels from bath towels?

How do you hang decorative tassels from bath towels?

The tassels are similar to what you would find around curtains, etc. I do not know how to attach them, however. Please give me any advice you have. Thanks!

u can sew them by hand or with a machine
if you're not handy sewing or just don't have time
fabric glue is a wonderful thing

You sew them on where you want them
