The cro-mo frames are going to be a little lighter than a generic steel frame but they are heavier than an aluminum frame. The cro-mo frames are meant to hold up to abuse (jumping ramps etc.) that would destroy an aluminum frame. A lot of the freestyle bikes weigh in at 35-40 pounds. Everything is made heavier duty to hold up to the punishment dished out to them. The current exchange rate eludes me but here are a few brands to check out:
Haro, Redline, Specialized are some of the more well known. DK and Standard Bike Co are a couple smaller companies that started as "underground" and are going more mainstream. Look for something with a double wall rims and a 3 piece crank. A bike with these may run a little more money, but it will hold up better in the long run.

It depends on what you want to use it for. You are obviously saying 200 dollar euro and im not sure what bikes sell for over there. I suggest you save and buy somthing that has a good chormoly frame and decent parts so that you wont be dissatisfied because your bike keeps falling apart
