Not losing weight is what really makes me feel bad, I want to reach 110 pounds to October 30th (my birthday) I have 120 now, I dont know what to do... I dont eat much but when I eat something I know it wouldnt help me to lose weigh I feel terrible and sometimes I cry, I tried to throw up but I cant! I dont know if that is a good or bad thing anymore, I feel that I am behaving like a stupid teenager and I am 25!!

go to the doctor and get anti-depressants.

or

focus on healthy living instead of weight loss. there are bigger problems than getting down to 110 lbs. but it sounds like you're getting close to an eating disorder.

mid-twenties are a shitty time in my opinion. none of us have money, most of us have problems at work and things just aren't quite always what we thought they'd be.

hang in there kitty.

hey hey hey calm down its OK I'm going threw the same thing you are and I'm only 15 years old , dont put so much pressure on yourself. 120 is really good for being 25. you should seek a councilor if you feel it's what you need. talk to your friends, what really helped me was when i got a dog, and about the money i'm sorry i cant help you there because im not that far in life yet, i hope you can get threw all this and i wish you the best of luck, <3 laura

Well don't worry, there are definitely some things you can do.
I find that it always helps to connect with people. Even if you feel like you can't go to your family, find someone to talk to. It often helps if you befriend someone new, or someone in the same sort of situation as yourself. For example, finding someone who is also trying to lose weight (though by the sound of it, you don't need to!) or something and going through it together. Also anyone who you have something in common with just to hang out, no stress, like someone who likes the same music as you, or enjoys something you do, that you could spend time with.
If you fail to find something that makes you feel better, consider going to a doctor. Maybe changing jobs would help, as a change of scenery and a break in the "groove" is often good, especially if it's not working for you.
Good luck! <3

I am so sorry you feel so bad. It is not your fault. You really need to go to both your primary care doctor and to a psychiatrist. It is not your fault. You are depressed. Please do not try to vomit or to lose weight. Look at eating a balanced diet and nurturing your body. Just do not eat junk food. Ask your doctor what a healthy diet is. It depends how tall you are. You may just need to exercise. Ask your doctor what exercise is safe for you. You may just need to make more muscles, eat healthy and control the size of what you eat.

Please look at these sites

Please realize this is not your fault your doctor can help you find out why you are so depressed. Your doctor can help you decide if it is situational (something is going on in your life) or chemical (there is an imbalance in your brains chemicals) either way it is not your fault. The doctor will decide if you need medication or counseling or both. Tell your doctor everything you wrote here and anything else your are feeling or thinking. They are there to help you and this is not your fault.

first find out what is realy making you unhappy and then work on fixing that you can only fix one thing at a time . and did you know that being stressed out can make you gain weight even if you are not eating to much or the wrong stuff just being stressed will make you gain weight. and no you should not start making your selg throw up that will just start a new problem.and no you are not being a stupid you would be supried to find out how many people feel the way you do. find a friend to talk to some times just talkin to some one about your life and problems can help you

Exercise is key for losing weight and staving off depression.
Get 20-30 mins of cardio several times a week.
Try yoga. It's great. Ashtanga or vinyasa yoga are very vigorous and you will feel content.
Don't beat yourself up every time you eat something unhealthy. The stress that feeling upset gives you is worse than the food itself and can actually make you gain weight.
Join weight watchers if you seriously need help with your diet.
Don't take everything so seriously.
Live moderately. Have realistic goals.

I'm sure you look fine. 120lbs isn't fat at all. That's about what I weigh and I am thinner than most people I see. 110lbs might be too low for you to maintain long term. Keep your chin up and love you for you!! You are beautiful, just keep telling yourself that. Throwing up and starving yourself is the most unhealthy way to lose weight. Once you start eating again, your body will hold on to every calorie making you blow up and gain even more weight. Eat 3 small meals a day and 2 small snacks, that should keep your body fueled so you can exercise and burn the calories you want.

You definitely need professional help. You are not a baby nor or you bad.Depression happens to good people. I have it and deal with it almost every day.You can find a lot of info online which will educate you. As far as finding a professional, call the crisis line in your phone book. They can direct you to somewhere that has a sliding scale fee.If you need hopitalization, they won't turn you away, but the business office will help you make arrangement or connect you to the Department of Human Services.Good luck and hang in there , it is worth getting help sooner than later.

You're not fat if you only weigh 120 pounds and it shouldn't depress you. If you want to lose another 10 pounds that's ok, but it sounds like your self esteem is some what low. I do floor exercises and it helps me. Stomach crunches are a good thing to do and it helps with the stomach muscles.
