My hair is getting so long. I don't really want to cut it short because I love it long...so I wanted to know if bangs where "in". That would be an easy way to add something different without cutting all my hair off.

Side bangs are always a good thing for long short and medium hair. And the good thing about side bangs is that you can make them on the longer side so they can be versatile.

You can get sideswept bangs, but make sure their pretty long, so you can wear your hair more than one way. if you don't want to go that route. Just get some long layers throughout your hair. It'll be a lot easier to style and to handle than the bangs no matter what type hair you have.

They're always "in" -- especially if they're flattering to your face.
The August InStyle Makeover magazine had a neat item on how to deal with bangs in the in-between stages. Headbands and side-sweeping were two techniques. I think another suggestion was to tease the bangs and style them up to achieve a big-hair kind of result.

Yes, bangs are in but especially sideswept bangs. I have them actually. They are adorable and I get compliments! Just let me tell you one thing.........my bangs really make me mad when i can't get them the way i like them to the side, and i wish i wouldnt have them so short. but anyway try sideswept and ask your hairdresser.
