No one can say if another will go to heaven.
The bible does speak of those who will rule as Kings and Priests in heaven. Revelation 5:10

It all depends on whether or not you have accepted Jesus Christ as you LORD and Savior.
What exactly are you sorry about? Are you sorry for your sin nature or about going to heaven as some other strange people on this website seem to be?
