Are you asking why so few people hate it, or why some people hate it.
I disagree with it, but I don't hate it. I've got a problem with people who worship deities like Kali. Those thuggy cults are pretty f'd up.

For any concept there will be some who love it, some who are indifferent and some who hate it.
Isn't that a Hindu teaching? If not, it sounds like it should be

who hates the Hindu religion--it's really a philosophy. you are mistaken about that. I know there are conservative Christians who challenge any idea that is not in line w/their beliefs, but i doubt that there is a big dislike--or downright hatred for Hinduism.

The Vedic culture is very rich and deep. Some people have a very superficial understanding of it, and become disturbed by the apparent contradictions.

People hate what they don't understand. But all religion is beautiful no matter what god or goddess you pray to. You believe in a higher power.

Jesus said that the world hates us (Christians) because the hate him. So if the world really loves you, look out...it's not the Way!
But if the world really hates you, is that confirmation enough? No, because if you go around murdering and slandering, the world will hate you, too. Take Islam for instance.

because they know that those idols they worship will not benefit them or hurt them in anyway, and they still worshiping it.
