Tylenol, but don't overdo it...regular use of acetaminophen causes liver damage and is hard on your kidneys. What I use personally is enteric coated aspirin, it is safe for your stomach and it is good for you anyways, Dr.'s suggest 81mg of enteric coated aspirin per day for heart health! If one doesn't work, try a combo of both b/c they can be safely mixed (use the appropriate dose of each). Avoid Excedrin which has caffiene in it.

Try a ( calcium magnesium zinc ) supplement. This will be good for headaches since these minerals relaxes the nerves. This supplement really helps improve my sleep. The one that suits me is from Trader Joe's. It is also very inexpensive I think less than $3. Also Yahoo search calcium and magnesium and zinc and learn more about these minerals. Tylenol and Excedrin are just temporary relief but after a while on this supplement, hopefully you will not need Tylenol or other drugs.

For Caffeine headaches, the best is something like Excedrin Miagraine because it has small amounts of Caffeine in it. It will help but not give you as much as soda or coffee.

caffine head aches s*ck. once your body had finished with drawling, the head aches will stop.....stay away from excedrine, it has caffine in it. Asprin, tylenol, or ibuprophin.

Wow. Good question. I would say acetominophen (tylenol). Tylenol PM is pretty good to take before bed. Do not take more than the recommended dosage though. And do not take it with alcohol. It has been known to cause liver damage.
