it means you feel things as oppose to just accepting them as they are. For instance feeling the singing in a song and feeling it, getting goose bumps as oppose to liking it because it is catchy or popular! Kust an example!

I think that it's a more cultural term than spiritual...however, I wouldn't know much about that.
