Your should take it easy she'll come around. If she doesn't want to give her phone # out well just find some other way to talk to her. I'm pretty sure that sooner or liter she will. Don't try to rush things u'll just have to be patient and let her set the pace. Show her that u care.

I think you may have misundestood her, it may have been that she is friendly but not interested.
I had interest in a gentleman, however he did not show any interest until 5 years after we first met. From knowing him now, I understand he was not looking at me as a potential gf because of my age and my children. He tells me now that he's openminded to us because of some of the difficulties he's had with other women.
I never pushed it with him, just treated him as an aquaintance, and suddenly was surprised that he'd confessed interest.
You never know what is out there, you might be overlooking someone else that can reciprocate what you want.
I think you should move on, she may change her mind. It is a waste of time for yourself to pine over her.

Be patient, don't press the issue. Who knows why she will not give you her cell phone number. But gawd willing when she's ready for you to have it, she'll give it to you. I think you're excited because you seem to like her a lot. But I would say to just be patient. Ask her if there is any other way that you can contact her like email, text, messenger. If she still declines, just be patient. She'll give it when she's ready.

Be careful.. It sounds to me like she might have a boyfriend in the picture.. Why else would she not give you her number. Try to look into that. Hope it works out for you..
