Hezbollah since they seem to want to take care of everything else. And why shouldnt they. They are the ones who helped turn it to sht.
Also I see people saying Israel should pay. HA why should they pay. They are the ones that were attacked and they were reacting. Think about it...Its like any war...world or personal. If someone is constantly attacking you and backs you into a corner are you just going to sit there and take it? Hell no!!! You can only take it for a limited amount of time...then its time to start firing back.

Those who made destruction and those who supplied irresponsible authorities with weapons from abroad.
One may also count destructions made in Israel. Then to take into account a number of displaced, terrorized and killed Palestinians, to multiply all things used in life insurance in the countries with similar economic level (Israel = Spain). Yes, many parties pretend to different compensations, but, no doubt, Lebanon and Palestine will come out as receivers after all calculations, if they will be corect. And if not based on such racist statements that crying of one nation is sader than this one of another - we already used to hear such.

After the kidnapping of 2 Israeli soldiers, the Israeli Foreign Minister put an ultimatum to the Hezbollah and Lebanese Govt (Hezbollah is a political party with parliamentary representation). He said, "return our soldiers or we will turn your country's clock back 50 years."
They refused.

Israel should pay every penny for the destruction they have caused, starting with rebuilding the power station which was built from a donation by EU taxpayers.

Obviously Syria and Iran. But you can bet that we'll end up footing part of the bill because British contractors who do part of the work won't get paid - except by the British taxpayer.
