try to see a doc sounds like ( an infection to me )
you need to keep off bread , greasy , oily stuff coz it irritates the tummy

keep of vegetables fruits coz you don't cook them which may have germs on

you can eat yogurt , boil potatoes, you could try to eat yogurt with macaroni and add some garlic, you can boil some zucchini and add some yogurt on it with some garlic , bananas are good too.

all that till you see a doctor he may tell you to keep on this way of food for about 4 or 5 days , but you HAVE TO SEE A DOC so he would give you a proper medication

by the way ( i am in the recovery phase that's why i know all that :P ) wish you get well soon

Having diarrhea that long can pose several risks....u will get dehydrated, ur kidneys will fail.....u will have bad electrolyte imbalance etc. have urself checked with ur doctor...if u dont have bowel movements very often, make sure u bring some specimen at ur doctor's visit. Practice good handwashing when going to and from the bathroom....GEt hydrated...any kind of fluids as long as it does not irritate your gastro-intestinal system......eat some banana's too.....just go to ur doctor.....
