Why is it that when you start dating someone and you both like each other so much but you cannot see one another on certain days of the week cause of children he thinks that it is too soon ( he is not sure if his kids are ready) But yet when we talk on the phone we want to see each other so bad.

I have children as well.. So it's not like I don't understand what he is thinking about the children thing.

take a look at the fact that you two actually do something most don't- talk! the fact that his kids are important in how they feel comes first to him is a good indicator of how deep he can feel- its trust that he is hoping for - not from you - from them to them with them. THEY ARE HIS LIFE. in a way - a good place to start - look at any possible excuses he has when trying to get together.

Looks like you already strated. If you care how people think then do something about it. How silly. I f you like to spend time with someone and you are safe. Come on it's not like you are getting married. It's just a date!

can you invite someone over to your home though when parents are there? Age 12 for that Real dating about 15 to go places.

Even though it may affect the kids, it's better not to hide something like that, it will hurt them more to not be included. Make yourselves happy too!

It is not so bad. Let the relationship develop gradually for it to be meaningful. You have to work with in the constraints and not be hassled.
