Sure, you could. Take the honey in a vessel/bottle and immerse it partially (to the level of honey in it) in warm (not boiling water). Ensure that the vessel/bottle is tall enough to prevent water from entering into it when you are immersing the same into the warm water.

no problem whatsoever. Honey has a natural preservative and so does not have to be stored in the fridge as it will not spoil outside (unlike other perishable food), but it does not harm if you put it in the fridge. Not at all. Just leave it outside for a couple of hours and it will return back to its normal consistency. Enjoy :)

Yes. U can still use that honey. But the best recommended way to store honey is outside in a small bowl to protect from ants.

Yes, when you want to use it again, just put it on the counter (in the container) before you start cooking and this will bring it back up to room tempreture so you can eat it.
I store my honey in the fridge as well. =)

I don't keep honey in the fridge....I keep in the pantry. If you put it in the fridge it would take FOREVER to squeeze out of the little bottle.

Yes, Honey tends to crystallise and can be liquefied by placing in hot water or sunlight.

Yes, you can. If it crystallizes, which sometimes happens, just put the container under some running warm water. That usually loosens it up so you can get it out of the container.

Many people store it there specifically to prevent crystallization. It should be fine. Take out a spoonful and warm it up a bit to test it.
