be careful of parvo, but it usually strikes fast and hard and often the dog deteriorates at a fast rate with dehydration being the main killer. if this has been going on for a week or more then i would say its most likely worms. they can wreak havoc on a dogs whole system. try worming it at home first and if you dont see any worms in the feces in a day or so, go ahead and take it to the vet. if untreated, worms can really mess your dog up.

My golden retriever had similar symptoms, he had several different types of worms, and the wormer from the store wasn't strong enough. He needed one from the vet. Depending on what kind of dog it is it could also be gastric torsion which is when the stomach twists, sometimes it will twist and untwist, causing vomiting, diarrhea, no appetite, etc.. Goldens and similar breeds are bad for that.

Call your vet and let them know you are bringing your dog in IMMEDIATELY,

this is one of the early signs of Parvo, which is highly contagious to other dogs and is usually fatal.
