Sam's Club, Costco and BJ's which are all popular places to buy groceries and other things in bulk. Memberships are usually around $40 a year- but the savings REALLY add up.

Try your local "warehouse club", like Sam's or Costco.
Other options to consider:
If there's a definite medical need (for example, with an at-home hospice patient), you may be able to get them through the hospice or through a medical equipment supplier at a good price, AND they may be able to handle insurances for you.
I worked with developmentally disabled adults (some with mental retardation issues), and we had a couple who needed Ensure or comparable foods. This was really tough to pull off, since their personal budgets were so tight, the house food budgets didn't have a lot of slack till we adjusted them (nonprofits don't have much money) and Medicare/Medicaid.....sheesh.
One day, a house supervisor came back to my office, with a big grin on her face....bearing about FIVE FULL CASES of Ensure, still in date....that she'd gotten, for about ten cents a can.
(This was back when a single can was going for about $1.19 at the grocery.)
She'd been shopping at the local food bank (since we were nonprofit, we had this option), and had managed to score on a chance donation. Yolanda had about another ten cases in the van, for her patient. If the person you need the Ensure for qualifies for food bank assistance, this might be an option to try.
Good luck!

Costco is you're best bet. Or a warehouse store. They sell in bulk and it's the best place to buy a lot of something for not a lot of money. So if I were you I'd try Costco.

Sam's Club- but it costs to join. I've found it's really worth it even though I only go every couple months. Or another store similar to Sam's Club. Did you try Walmart?
Have a great day!!!

Try Abbott Labs-Ross Division. I work in materials mgmt at a hospital and this is who we use for our supplements. They do carry the Ensure brand.

Many nursing homes and hospitals use a generic brand at considerable savings. Talk to your local pharmacist to see what they can do for you.
