for one dont have sex every day. the more u have sex the less ur chances. *sperm count goes down with numeral ejaculations. two there is no right time to concieve. i got pregnant the day i was supposed to get my periods, that the doctor said was way off. third dont stress, dont think u might be pregnant every time u have sex or be depressed when ever the preganany test is negative. it takes time. i strongly believ that the kids chose exactly when they want to come. so relax and enjoy having sex (but not too much)

This is what worked for me. Go to the drug store and buy this kit called
ovulation predictor kit. It will predict the exact day that you ovulate. That is the day that u will have sex and you WILL conceive.
you don't have to take anything orally. It is not difficult at all.
Just know this. You only have one day a month to ovulate.
Isn't it amazing how many people there are in this world, with only one day a month that a woman ovulates.
My daughter is 17yrs old now
Good Luck

Actually, contrary to many of the suggestions on here, you don't want to have sex too often when trying to conceive, because the man's sperm count will get really low. Once a day, or everyother day is best, depending on how good his sperm count usually is. Keeping your hips raised after is good too, so the little swimmers can't escape.

well, start with your period. Most women have a 28 day cycle. The day your period starts is day 1. you ovulate (egg is released into your fallopian tubes) on day 14. Having sex between day 8 to day16 of your cycle you will definitely get pregnant. Plus sperm can live up to 7 days in the vagina. I hope this was helpful

I have two friends that used the "taking charge of your fertility method" and were pregnant within 2 months.

If you are using "cool" in the same sentence as "conceiving" when speaking of becoming pregnant, you are too immature to do so.

Lots and lots and lots of sex, stay off the birth control and don't use condoms, sex right before your period, and I've actually heard that elevating your hips during and after sex helps too. Have fun!!

Let him come inside you and then you have an orgasm. Your cervix will suck up his sperm. Get on the pill three months, then get off for three months, your ovaries will shoot eggs like a machine gun! Try to gain a little weight, like 5 lbs, it adds to your estrogen level. Get more sleep, stop drinking, smoking, drugs...
