Are there any services that will provide free auto body repair or at least take payments?

I am a special ed teacher that was recently involved in an accident with an uninsured motorist. I only had liability insurance and can not afford the repairs, just looking for help

Try a High school Auto Shop, or Technical Trade School. They usually need projects to work on.
