I wanted to know does it really works, Tell me your success with it if you have used it. Does it get rid of flabby skin.

I have. I have mainly used the various Basic workouts. It really does work because I am more cut/toned in my arms and legs and I have much better balance from the kicking that is involved. It is a good cardiovascular workout. I would recommend doing the Instructional video first to get a feel for the moves. I do it about once a week and do one other cardiovascular exercise to mix it up.

As far as getting rid of flabby skin, probably not. It will build some muscular tone and firm up somewhat your arms and legs, so your skin will be more taunt. However, for significant firming, you will need to do some light weight training. If one is obese, one may need surgery if there is a lot of excess skin.

Billy Blanks video's really work, you just have to stick with it. Try doing it every other day, and make sure you drink plenty of water. Good luck, it really is a good investment to make!!
