I have been drinking alot of water ovet the past week to help with my acne (I have a link below for the question. It is still open). I noticed that my stomach looks a little more rounder/bigger. Can the water me making me fat?

No, you're body could be retaining water, which doesn't mean that you should stop drinking it!!!!
if you were a juice and soda drinker previously and now you are sticking to water, then your body is adjusting and is using the water to flush toxins out of your body.
i drink at least 64 oz of water a day (it's pretty much all i drink except for milk and o.j. or apple juice with breakfast) and water helps keep my skin elastic and fresh and it helps in digestion of food.
if anything increasing your water intake will help you lose weight in the long run...just keep drinking it and your body will adapt!

Yeah, its definately the water making you fat. Go drink a soda and eat a donut and you'll lose the weight.

It may. Water retention or the "bloat" is a build-up of excess water in the system.
Water will store in your muscles giving the appearance of weight gain.

actually there is something called "water weight"
the solution is drink a lot of lemenade
or they have pills just ask doctor "i want pills to make me lose water weight !" the bad thing is that you will pee more often but it really works and u lose weight (over time not at once)

The answer is no. Water has no calories.
You can make yourself sick by drinking an excessive amount of water, though. Messes up your electrolytes.

no water dosent have calories to make you fat you just might be bloded not by water mabe by somthing else its not making you fat look on the back of a water bottel does it have fat? or calories? your answer is "NO"

ACTUALL, NO IT CAN'T MAKE YOU FAT, THOUGH YOU MAY GAIN SOME WATER WEIGHT. THAT CAN BE LOST EASILY THOUGH. AS A MATTER OF FACT, WATER CAN ACTUALLY SUPPRESS YOU HUNGER AND ITS VERY EFFECTIVE.
