Do you know that you are unhappy right now and how much better your life could be without Him in it? I pity you for living such a sad and hopeless lifestyle and hope He will let you go.
Why would you believe in His presence, if you do, you've become very ignorant to the evidence around you.

This was a test, for Christians who were able to be above the harsh remarks, and truly represent the Christian faith. Some of you shined. :)

I am very happy with my Faith, and my life is so much better since I invited Him into my life. I believe in His presence because He has been by my side and supported me through things I never could have gotten through on my own. But I will respect your right to your opinion and I hope you will do the same for me.

i am a very strong christian and i take offense to this question, i am not unhappy. here is my story ok at the age of seven i got saved. i didnt really know what i was doing, but when i was about 12 i started to reliz. this past summer i started goin to a new church that ive never been to before, the reason i went was because of the people that were there, we went on a summer trip to Georgia and i got resaved. i have been on the right track and ive been trying to set a good example since then. So no i hope that He doesnt let me go because i would be lost without Him. i hope that one day u will find Him 2

It seems to me that the only person that is ignorant of the evidence around them is you... Do you not find it a little interesting that man has not yet been able to create something out of nothing? Man cannot and will not ever be able to create (out of nothing at all) flowers, trees, water, humans, anything. So what is this evidence you speak of that says that God is wrong and you are right? And by the way, there is no greater happiness on earth than knowing that someday you will be in His presence. You, sir, are the ignorant one, and I am pretty sure that you posted this question to show off your blatant lack of knowledge and understanding of things greater than yourself.

Let's see...
Me, well over a decade ago : Drugs, alcohol problems (not quite to the point of alcoholism, though), thief (of a great multitude of sorts), addicted to soda, liar, white supremacist, loose morals (to put it extremely gently), pro-abortion, pro-euthanasia, Christian-hater, anarchist, atheist, couldn't care less about whether someone lived or died, smoker, paranoid, hated my family, and suicidal... and that's not even scratching the surface.
Me, now : Smoker, addicted to soda, servant of all mankind, pro-life, pro-government, repentant and devout Christian, defender of the weak, defender of the faith, and with a beloved family of my own.
You tell me which way you think I'd be better off? When I was an atheist? Or as I am now, a Christian?
What is the better lifestyle? When I took joy in destroying the property of others, or when I take joy in helping others build up their property? When I belittled someone for who they were, or when I sat down with them, and comforted them while they cried their hearts out to me?
I was a heartless SOB back then... I hate every single thing about who I ever was... I honestly believed (to put in in a simple one-liner), "since we all came from animals, then there's no harm in acting like one". There's no chance in Hell I'd ever go back.
What does it take for someone to change that dramatically, instantaneously? God, and salvation through Jesus Christ.
I so wish you could have known me then and now... then you would know of the power God has within my life. You would know what it's like to go from not having any qualms about killing someone... to not having any qualms about dying to save a perfect stranger.
But then again... maybe one day... you too will have your own Damascus Road... or maybe not, and you will live, questioning, "How can someone believe in someone who's fake"... the same way I question myself "How could I have ever *not* believed in God"... but at least I know the answer to my question. "It is because, back then, I refused to even consider looking, let alone putting enough faith in Jesus to simply ask for understanding".

And your point iss................
Just becuz one "christian" said something like that, doesnt mean all the christians are like that.
You can say your a doctor and when I come over you can kill me, that doesnt mean all doctors are like that.
Someone can say their a "christian" but than bad mouth about religion, doesnt mean their all like that.

It sounds to me that's your excuse, and it bothers you that we can accept something on faith only.
