No, my dogs eyes are often like that too. But if you're worried, go to the vet to make sure.

My Bassett Hound Looks like that when she wakes up. I think you dog could have some alergies. If it isnt normal for the breed then go to the vet.

DO NOT PUT VISINE IN YOUR DOG'S EYES. IT IS NOT MADE OF THE CORRECT PH CONCENTRATION FOR HIM. NEVER USE ANY HUMAN MED ON YOUR DOG (OR VICE VERSA) WITHOUT EXPRESS CONSENT OF YOUR VET.

many times this is a sign of stress. i would take him to the vet to rule out any kind of eye infection or eye irritation.
