Are there any decent man in Western Maryland Area?

It seems that I have been looking for a long time and seem to find all the jerks in the area. How can I find a decent guy that has goals, respectful and caring? I am 22 years old. Help!!!!

Join a church that has an active singles program. Also, you can meet nice people at volunteer organizations like Habitat for Humanity or you can join a ski club.
