Compliment her on one of her accomplishments (a good grade on something, sport team thing, or her sense of style). After you complment her, ask for her help on something, her opinion of something, or where she gets her inspitarion.
The point here is that you get her attention with your attention and positive regard. it will make her feel good. Keep doing that and she might want you around more.
Don't try to impress her with how cool you are. Be different from most guys. Make it about her, not yourself.
There are far too many guys with the misguided and immature notion that if they can impress girls by showing them how cool , funny, witty, or bad**** they are, then the gilrs will fall all over themselves to be with those guys.
More often than not, it is annoying and insincere. Some guys take that notion further to include thinking that the girl owes them somthing because of their own feelings for her.
ust be yourself, and be different. Focus on making her feel good about herself. That is one of the most magnetic things a guy can do.

Just give her a simple compliment...Then each day just say Hi and at least let her know you know who she is...or ask for her help on homework...or do something old school like carry her books...etc.

First do your research.......what interests her - then just casually bring it up or if you can make her laugh that would be great or simply do what women of all ages like, tell her she looks pretty today.
