capsules are around £5 for 60
oil is around £11 for 500ml
depends on which you prefer, oil is more effective to take but tastes disgusting.

Try drugstore.com They have all of that type of stuff. It shouldn't be really expensive, Flaxseed Oil is not that expensive.
