Alright my dad is a hair dresser and he ordered this new product that just got made in Japan and he is the only one who sells it in Jersey but you can order it online. It's called S Factor and its by Tigi. This stuff works great with hair that is damaged by color and needs shine and softness. After your done shampooing and conditioning with this product put a little bit of syrum in your hair and blow dry it with a round brush. This will make your hair look so soft. You can even flat iron it after too! Since S Factor may be sold out due to its rising popularity and its very expensive (shampoo bottles run to 30-40 dollars and they are the size of your hand).

I have always disliked my hair, and I seriously tried it ALL. I have tried over 100 shampoos and conditioners over the years from Suave to the salon style items. I honestly love my hair since I started using Garnier Frutis. My hair is healthier, shinier, stronger, and fabulous! It is the best I have ever tried. Do remember to use hot oil of some sort once a week to remove residue that any style items leave, and you will love your hair in no time. Let me know how it works out for you. Good Luck!

Keep it clean. You can use a shampoo that strips color but do it only once. Keep a good leave-in condition on it. Paul Mitchell makes a great stay-in conditioner. You can wait awhile and maybe get it highlighted which will help some but you absolutely have to use conditioner on it.
I can't tell you how many times I have dyed my hair. Just don't ever dye it black unless you have black hair.

HI, there are a couple of things you can do. An intense moisture hair mask will replenish the moisture or you can soak your hair in milk and use mayo as a hair mask (be sure to wash it all out). Other things is let your hair air dry instead of using a blow dryer and use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and then switch to a fortifying shampoo. If you want more details, let me know.

my suggestion only... just take it for what it's worth.. i mess with my hair often... i use pantene shampoos and conditioners. they work for me.. amazing results.. for me that is.
try that out.
also eat right.. yeh yeh veggies and fruits, fresh ones that is.. hydrate yourself properly, vitamen c and d.. don't over brush and don't comb the hair when it's wet. even when your mess grows out. hair is very tender when it's wet.
time along with these suggestions will help quite a bit.
there's also cholesterol for the hair and 'fat' for the hair where you apply it while your hair is wet.. wrap it in a suffocating material like saran wrap or a water proof hair covering and sit in the sun..
or go to a professional and plea. "i've munged my hair up help me!"
they'll fix it... to make it better and help it grow faster and in most cases trim it so it will look as best as it can while it's growing out.. cut it so it works with the damaged hair.

get a trim ot hair cut to start off with. then use some products like Pantene Pro V Color Treatment . they make your hair softer and looking shinier. if you are not satisfied with that use John Frieda shampoos and products for whatever color you have your hair-my sister uses them and they work wonders. good luck!

Add a moisturizing lotion or hairdressing to your hair. I also use Isoplus Oil Sheen to my hair daily. I color my hair every other month ( just the new growth ) and my hair is shiny and healthy.
