If im just sitting in the house day after day then no unless i pee'd on myself or sumin.. LoL.. But if im going day after day I always change my panties.. Always gota stay fresh!!

usually ladies like to change their panties alot because of health and hygiene reasons. and they also like to stay fresh and clean so yes they usually change them often but some ladies like to change them when they shower or bathe. everygirl is different so it doesn't matter if everyone changes at different times, its ok

Well yes and no!! because sometimes theres reasons for changing underwear ya know like leaks or jusk because we feel like it! but sometimes we don't if it doesn't show underneath what we're wearing!!
