For me when My neck hurts and its stiff a rice bag helps or a Ice pack works. Also getting a massage can help as well. If you don't mind taking Pills try from your local health food store Glucosamine Sulfate that has helped me out tremendously for my neck/shoulder pain.

The only thing that helps my stiff neck is to complain about it. I get them all the time. Nothing helps but time. It usually last 3 or 4 days and goes away, until next time. The most irritating thing you can have. I hate it.

see.the best thing to do for healing a stiff neck is...well if u want it to wear off immediately,,then dont think and just turn ur neck fasst and forcefully..i mean REALLY fast and REALLY forcefully. If u cannot do that, then apply any ointment or any oil with doctors recommendation

Take ibuprofen and use ice regularly for about 24 hours, then go to the chiropractor. Works every time for me and my husband.
