I have a few suggestions...
#1-Pilates are great
#2-Ride a bike...it works all muscle groups from the abs down
#3-Believe it or not...SEX, burns calories too.

I am a mother of two...do all exercises above...and at 30yrs, still have washboard abs...even after my c-section.

My husband never does sit ups and his stomach feels like steel! All he does is hold in his stomach ALLL the time! When he's working , walking , or just doing chores around the house. It works for him!!
