B12 vitamins, B6 vitamins, protein (in diet), prenatal vitamins, do not use rubberbands, no tight braids, or ponies. Lots of conditioner like Serious...good stuff. Great hair creme conditioner with Olive Oil, at Walgreens. Good shampoos & conditioners, you can change with the weather and conditions. I like the vitamin shampoos and conditioners I use from the healthfood store minus the sulfates. No hair dyes, or highlights. Air dry hair and no scrubbing with a towel...bad for cuticle. Use products that bathe your hair in vitamins and conditioners, like olive oil, and jojoba oil...great stuff. There are many things, that is a good beginning...my hair was falling out and that is what I did...worked great.

don't use any dyes.

there was an reaction of course... just keep your hair clean, that scalp natural and don't invade it with chemicals.

just use shampoos that are gentle and maintain a healthy diet of vegetables, fruits.. keep the fat down and watch your calories and hydrate properly.

there's no miracle cure in a bottle.. as you have well seen.

vitamin d and c will help you..

and don't mess around with your head again.. not for a long while it's obvious what you did didn't agree with you physically.

I would suggest getting Rogaine. And I'm not joking. I think you can buy it in normal stores now, like Walgreens. They make a men's formula and a women's formula.
Good luck!
