With wrestling season right around the corner, I'm already at the weight I want to be at (145). In New Jersey there is a new rule stating that if one's bodyfat percentage is under 5% at the begining of the season, one cannot be forced to cut. I already run cross country and do cardio. I'm around 8% right now. How do I cut this extra 3% (sorry for this being so wordy)?

More protein and lift heavy...high weight, low reps. Really focus on the muscles you're working and don't forget to get your cardio done too. Good luck!
