I've been chatting with a guy online for a few months now, we are madly in love. I know that he would do anything in the world for me but I can't be there for him the way he needs right now. He doesn't mind waiting for me and says it doesn't bother him that I make him wait to meet me and be with me. But I cannot give him 100% right now in my life and I don't want to string him along because I care about him so much. I feel like I'm just hurting him but he doesn't want to let me go. What should I do? Please don't be mean to me either. Thanks.

Slow it down and take time to really get to know this person. Its very hard to have a relationship enough without even meeting the guy. I view an on line relationship as this, you cant go to the movies, to the park, hold hands, kiss, see the look on there face when they speak to you, see how they react to things that are going on, hold you when you are down or need a lift. In fact they are not there at all. Find someone who is real, who is right there, so you can experience a in your face relationship

You must be a young one. There is NO way you can be in love with someone online without meeting them face to face. It just CAN'T happen. Sounds like you're hurting yourself by hanging on to this fantasy. It's well past time to get a REAL boyfriend,,,,,,,NOT a cyber one.
