Depends on the breast. Its the same as belly button rings, on some girls they looks sexy but on most they don't. You have to have the right figure or right breast for them to be sexy. If not its kinda like a 300lb woman wearing a thong.

nipple piercings are cool, but they are not a prerequisite. I knew a girl who got her nipple pierced, and it got infected. Then she had to have it amputated. Pierce at ur own risk.

I saw a guy with both nipples pierced and a chain between them. He was having a fight with his girl friend and she yanked that chain and boyfriend screamed like a girl. (I bet he killed her)
